Accountability Agreement Two Point Oh

Published by Ilayda under Uncategorized

I want to…

  1. find out what genres I’m missing out on, and read novels from those genres.
  2. participate more in class, especially if I know the answer.
  3. get a handle on my plans for University

I will…

  1. offer help to those who need it concerning where to find books, and how to set up an edublog.
  2. be respectful to my classmates.
  3. help plan prom and Grad for the graduating class of 2009.

I have to…

  1. complete all my assignments on time.
  2. raise my hand more often.
  3. request help or an extension if I need it.
  4. try to complete everything to the best of my ability and not lose steam.

I ask…

  1. I will ask help of Mary, Stephanie, Kelsey, Melissa, and Mr. Murray.
  2. I ask Mary and Stephanie to provide me with feedback and ideas on projects, please.
  3. I ask Kelsey and Melissa to update me if I’ve missed a day, and to provide moral support when needed.
  4. I ask Mr. Murray to ramble in my direction if I’m stuck in a rut (I am listening, Mr. Murray! I just look like I’m staring off into space and fidgeting.)

My success is…

  1. Confidence in class
  2. Pride in my work
  3. A lower stress level
  4. A mark above 90%

Success?

  1. The mark I deserve, and maybe a verbal pat on the back.
  2. Treat myself to a solo movie marathon or a tiramisu from the bakery up the hill.
  3. An internal happy dance!

Failure?

  1. Disappointment. Nothing works better.
  2. A note to outline where I went wrong.

My ISU choices:
1 – In The Skin of a Lion – Michael Ondaatje (Love how he writes. Poetic. And he has an awesome voice!)
2 – The Damnation Game – Clive Barker (Haven’t read too much horror, but I love dark and twisty. :))

Toodles.
